Bad news. The spam bots found the actual content, so I've gone ahead and nuked all comment-related references throughout the site. Also, I discovered there was a post from last June that I'd overlooked that had been collecting spam for nearly a year. No wonder it took me forever to navigate the site in the admin system. Doh. Some mangling also took place so some stuff might seem ugly. I know I only just re-did things but Lunaran's new digs are so sexy I might have to shake the design up a bit more and, in turn, cause him to want to re-design his site again too. It's a terrible cycle. I'm nearing the end of my third month at Gearbox and have nothing of value to report other than it's quite nice. Oh, and we have this new-fangled "Gearboxity" site as a more community-friendly approach complete with blogs and amusing bios including a picture of me with a cat on my head. Some weird food-related imagery, too; I'm still not sure what to make of that one. But it's generally interesting enough to warrant its own snazzy direct link in the footer. Hot!
